Charles Hodges Ltd Gardens

website showcases the formal garden designs of Charles Hodges, who does upscale landscape architecture. Visitors can mouse over thumbnails to quickly view full size images with descriptive captions (the descriptions are loaded with search-engine friendly keywords!)

Jasper Carpets

needs to educate customers and attract people to their showroom. This website accomplishes both by being well-organized, informative, and loaded with calls to action and coupon offers.

Brookfield Country Club Homeowners Association

needs to share news, promote communication, and protect privacy. This website has a scrolling announcement bar, an update-able news box and a private "Members Only" section. The community message board is connected to the web site and customized to match it.

Custer Battlefield Historical & Museum Association

supports the Little Big Horn National Monument, and serves as a scholarly resource. The website design pulls together elements of historical and modern-day significance to the organization.

On the

UltraRhythms

website, the visual design must display "edgy" creativity that reflects the musician's inspirations. The challenge here was to work with my client to turn his vision into a website. This monochrome design combines unusual images and uses Flash animation to bring the night sky to life. Oh - and it also plays the drums.

website contains members' promotional pages and a blog, which is used to feature a different member's career each month.

Outdoor Recreation Georgia Tech

is near and dear to my heart. I did their Sea Kayaking web site on a volunteer basis, and it’s one of my favorite designs. It features a very short Flash animated site intro and a different kayaking memory / photo on each page. Since I was very involved in the program, I wrote the copy for the entire web site.
